In my 20s and 30s, I worked as a Functional Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, building a strong foundation in nutrition, hormones, and health optimization. Like many career-focused women, it wasn’t until I turned 40 that I felt ready to become a mom.
Just two days after my 40th birthday, I met my husband and knew he was the person I wanted to build a family with. By then, I had already navigated my own significant health challenges—including amenorrhea, hypothyroidism, adrenal dysfunction, and heavy metal toxicity—by taking a root-cause approach when conventional medicine didn’t have the answers I was looking for. That experience shaped the evidence-based, holistic approach I would later use in my own fertility journey.
But at 41, life shifted. A severe concussion disrupted my hormones, and within months I was told I was in early menopause and that my chances of conceiving with my own eggs were extremely low. Hearing that when I was finally ready for motherhood was devastating.
Still, I refused to accept that as the end of my story.
I returned to the research, focused on rebuilding my health, and spent the next year supporting my body with an evidence-based, holistic approach. I conceived naturally at 43, welcomed a healthy baby at 44, and did it again at 46.
Today, many women come to me after seeing multiple providers, often with complex, long-standing fertility challenges that haven’t been fully investigated. Some have clear symptoms, while others discover underlying factors they didn’t know to look for. My role is to help them take a comprehensive, evidence-based look at the many factors that can influence fertility and create a personalized plan tailored to their unique situation.
Every woman’s path to pregnancy is different. My goal is to help you identify the factors that may be influencing your fertility, build a strong foundation for reproductive health, and support you with a personalized, evidence-based approach. Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or preparing for IVF, I’ll help you navigate the journey with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
If you’re trying to grow your family after 40, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
