You may feel like you’ve already done everything possible.
Ovulation tracking
Supplements
Fertility diets
Reducing toxins
Specialists
Possibly even IVF
And yet you’re still wondering:
It’s that no one has stepped back to look at the full picture of both partners’ health and fertility.
That is exactly what we do inside here.
“just two months later, we were pregnant with our son….”
“After my first miscarriage, I had my daughter naturally at 42. When we tried again at 44, we experienced another miscarriage and I reached out to Rebecca for support. We implemented her recommendations, and just two months later, we were pregnant with our son. I’m currently 30 weeks. We are so grateful to Rebecca for all the support and insight which undoubtedly helped us conceive again so quickly. Having someone outside of your partner or family to support you during that time was also truly invaluable. We love all the changes we made to our health and lifestyle and will continue to keep those up forever. Thank you again, Rebecca x”
– Laura M, 44
“We were finally about to conceive after 8 months of working together.”
“Rebecca, you are a God send! This journey can feel so lonely. Most of my friends going through infertility are about 10 years younger than me. I’ve spent thousands on surgeries and “specialists” across many states and none of them have been able to help me. And then I found you! We were finally about to conceive after 8 months of working together. Thank you for all your brilliance and love throughout this crazy journey. “

My fertility coaching is designed for women who want expert guidance to uncover the real factors influencing conception.
Together, we work to:
Identify potential barriers to a healthy pregnancy
Support egg and sperm health
Evaluate factors affecting implantation and early pregnancy
Examine both female and male fertility factors
Develop a clear, personalized strategy moving forward
This is root-cause fertility work specifically designed for women over 40 and their partners.
Not generic advice.
Not another checklist.
A strategic, individualized approach.
Best for: Women seeking a comprehensive root cause investigation and personalized fertility roadmap.
If you’ve been told everything looks “normal” but still don’t have answers, this is where your Fertility Investigation begins.
Most women I work with have already seen fertility specialists, completed extensive testing, tried countless supplements, or gone through one or more IVF cycles. My job is to step back, connect the dots, identify what may have been overlooked, and uncover the factors that may be contributing to your fertility challenges.
Your Fertility Investigation begins long before we meet. I spend many hours reviewing your fertility history, laboratory testing, previous treatments, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and, when applicable, your partner’s health and fertility before our first conversation.
During our 60-minute Fertility Investigation Session we explore your history in greater depth and gather any additional information needed to complete your investigation. When appropriate, I also recommend additional functional laboratory testing before finalizing your recommendations.
Your Personalized Fertility Roadmap provides a clear action plan and may include:
What’s been missed or overlooked
Recommended testing
Targeted supplements + nutrition
Lifestyle + environmental shifts
Strategic next steps, whether natural or IVF
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the factors influencing your fertility, why it matters, and exactly what to focus on next.
Because each roadmap requires extensive review, analysis, and preparation, I only take a limited number of Fertility Investigation clients each month.

With over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, along with advanced training in nutrition, fertility, and exercise science, I specialize in helping women over 40 navigate complex fertility challenges through a science-based, holistic approach.
After experiencing my own serious hormonal health issues and being told I was in early menopause, I went on to conceive my two children naturally at 43 and 46 using an evidence-based, holistic approach.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women over 40 navigate complex fertility challenges with evidence-based, personalized support.
My journey, along with the experiences of many of my clients, has shown me that pregnancy in your 40s is possible and that age is only one piece of the fertility puzzle.

“On our fourth cycle, we finally conceived our baby girl.”
“We had been through three failed IVF cycles from ages 38 to 40, and I was starting to lose hope. Working with Rebecca completely changed that. She guided me with such kindness and expertise, helping me optimize my diet, reduce inflammation, and manage stress in ways I never thought possible. She even suggested a new protocol to discuss with my doctor. On our fourth cycle, we finally conceived our baby girl. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her incredible support and belief in me.”
– Jessica M., 41
“conceived naturally after four months”
“We did it!! After a miscarriage and a year of trying to conceive again, I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve and an AMH of 0.5 at age 43. I felt like my time was running out. Rebecca was my guardian angel! She created a tailored plan for me to make many changes to my lifestyle. Not only did I feel healthier, but I also conceived naturally after four months of working with her. Her knowledge and compassion were life-changing.”

Because of you, six months later, I conceived naturally.
“Rebecca, I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to you. When I was told my AMH was only 0.18 at 44 and that my chances of conceiving were less than 1%, I felt completely devastated and hopeless. You held my hand through every step, guiding me through changes, giving me hope when I felt none, and always believing in me. Because of you, six months later, I conceived naturally. I will forever be thankful for the wisdom and support you poured into helping me on this journey.”
– Darya T., 45
“Just three months later we conceived naturally. I’m beyond grateful.”
“I felt a bit lost and hopeless after my husband was diagnosed with abnormal sperm morphology and we were told IVF was the only option. I found Rebecca on social media, and I’m so grateful I did. She created a personalized plan for both of us, guiding us every step of the way. Her support gave me hope when I thought there was none. Just three months later we conceived naturally. I’m beyond grateful.”

My work is best suited for women who want a deeply personalized, science-based, holistic approach to fertility. Many of my clients have worked with multiple doctors, tried different protocols, or gone through one or more IVF cycles without success. If you’re looking for a comprehensive evaluation, a personalized strategy, and guidance that considers your whole health, this approach is likely a good fit.
Most fertility care focuses on stimulating the ovaries or managing cycles. My approach looks more broadly at the many factors that may be influencing fertility in the first place. Together, we evaluate inflammation, metabolic health, nutrient status, stress physiology, environmental toxin exposure, the microbiome, and overall reproductive health—all of which research suggests can play an important role in egg quality, sperm quality, implantation, and fertility, particularly after 40. This approach is designed to complement, not replace, medical care.
Many women come to me feeling exhausted and discouraged after being told they’ve done it all. In many cases, important factors that can influence fertility haven’t been fully investigated or addressed. My role is to identify what may have been missed, connect the dots, and create a personalized strategy so you’re no longer guessing or repeating the same approaches.
Absolutely. “Unexplained infertility” means that standard testing hasn’t identified an obvious cause. My approach is to investigate the many factors that may influence fertility, including nutrition, metabolic health, inflammation, hormone health, environmental exposures, egg and sperm quality, implantation, and other areas that may not have been fully evaluated. The goal is to identify what may have been missed and create a personalized strategy moving forward.
Yes. Standard lab reference ranges are designed to identify disease, not necessarily to evaluate fertility or overall health. Many clients have results that fall within the normal range but may still benefit from a closer evaluation in the context of fertility, particularly after 40. Together, we’ll look at your lab results through a functional, fertility-focused lens and consider how they fit into your overall health picture.
Yes. While fertility naturally declines with age, age is only one part of the picture. My role is to take a comprehensive look at your health and fertility, identify what may be influencing your outcomes, and create a personalized strategy to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence—whether you’re trying naturally or pursuing IVF.
Every fertility journey is different. Many women begin noticing positive changes in their overall health and wellbeing within the first few weeks of implementing their personalized plan. Because egg and sperm development takes approximately three months, fertility coaching is designed to support meaningful changes over time. Some clients conceive within a few months, while others require longer depending on their individual circumstances.
Egg quality naturally changes with age, but it isn’t determined by age alone. My approach focuses on identifying factors that may influence egg health and supporting them through a personalized, evidence-based strategy.
There are several foundational tests I like to review for both partners, including hormone markers, metabolic health, nutrient status, and sperm health. Beyond that, testing is highly individualized and guided by your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and previous fertility experiences. The goal is to identify factors that may be influencing fertility—not to order unnecessary tests.
Male fertility is half of the equation. While I primarily work through my female clients, partner health is fully addressed through testing recommendations, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and targeted strategies that support sperm health and overall reproductive outcomes.
