1) Warm 2 jars of organic coconut manna (in the jars) in the oven on the lowest temperature possible until liquidy (approx 30-45 min)
2) Using oven mitts, scoop the manna from the jars into a large container
3) Add the following ingredients to the manna:
- 2 1/3 cups of grass-fed collagen hydrolysate
- 2 TBSP cinnamon (according to taste)
- 1 TBSP ginger (according to taste)
- 20 drops of stevia (according to taste
4) Stir until the mixture resembles frosting
5) Put mixture in the refrigerator to cool
6) After cooled, scoop mixture into balls and enjoy!
* optional: roll balls in unsweetened, shredded coconut and/or lemon zest for added taste and texture
