Quick + Easy Fertility-Boosting Lunch Recipe

This is my go-to lunch recipe when I need something quick and easy that’s packed with fertility-boosting nutrients.

AVO-EGG SALAD

Total time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:
½ medium avocado (peeled and pitted)
2 – 3 hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch sea salt
1 dash black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mash.
2. Enjoy alone, in a lettuce wrap with extra veggies, or scooped over mixed greens.
