AVO-EGG SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
½ medium avocado (peeled and pitted)
2 – 3 hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch sea salt
1 dash black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mash.
2. Enjoy alone, in a lettuce wrap with extra veggies, or scooped over mixed greens.
